House Plan

Here are the plans for the house. Duffy has designed the house to reflect the curve of the front porch from the old house. The front room has a series of 5 skinny window creating the curve and plenty of fresh air.

SLAB & FRAME Party: Deemed a Hit!

Saturday, January 11th 2014 was the perfect day to celebrate the Slab going down and the Frame going up! We ate, we drank and we were certainly very merry! It was oh so much fun - just take a look and thank you to all who made it out!

Storage under the stairs

We have lots of storage under the stairs. It will be a challenge to use it efficiently but we are up to the challenge!

The house is really taking shape...

The house is really taking shape - literally. During the past 2 weeks the downstairs studs are all in and the plywood is actually being put up. We are very happy and excited to see the progress. As we walk through the spaces we are visualizing where the furniture will be, etc. Here are a few photos of the views from where the windows will be.
